We started using Marie Swift and Impact Communications in early 2005, and it's made a tremendous difference for our business. For us, her contacts in the industry and national media have been extremely valuable. Our national presence in '"name" publications enhances our local reputation and attracts considerable attention. Locally, our media environment is very difficult, and that continues to be a frustration. While some may argue that a local firm might better address these issues, I doubt it.
